Six Sigma Functional Audit Checklist
New this week, a Six Sigma Functional Audit checklist with included photocopier example. The worksheet is is very similar to an FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) yet the system to audit is broken down into various sub-systems. Target values can be entered and measured values can be written next to the USL or LSL for follow-up audit procedures. This form can also be used as a First Article Inspection Report.
