This week’s update is a Six Sigma Self-Assessment – Quality Stage Assessment.  This Microsoft Excel tool will help you poll the team for their input as to what they feel they would score if you performed a Voice of the Customer survey.


The tool is broken down into two tabs:  Qualities and Mistakes.  The self-assessment tool will help you rate your:

Customer value management

Perceived market quality vs competitors

Customer satisfaction

Conformance quality


Where do you expect (or want) to see yourself in x years?


The mistakes tab goes into further detail and can serve as a process audit tool.  And of course, you can easily modify the criteria for your self-assessment.
