From time to time we get requests for a specific Six Sigma based template we don\’t actually have. Every project whether it be a large 18 month implementation across various departments or companies or whether it is a small Kaizen even should have a lessons learned template where every stakeholder gets to provide feedback as to what he or she would do better.
