Simplified Six Sigma Calculator
Just the other day I published a Microsoft Excel tool called Six Sigma Calculator. The original spreadsheet demonstrated the necessary effort to improvement at different sigma levels at increments of 0.5 sigma (up to 4.5 sigma). Some of your feedback was whether I could provide a simpler version. Today, I am proud to tell you that there is a simpler version. This simpler version allows you to input the number of units, number of opportunities and the total number of defects to give you a sigma value.
